グレアム・アリソン（Graham T. Allison, 1940年3月23日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治学者。ハーヴァード大学ケネディ行政大学院教授。専門は、対外政策論、核戦略。

ノースカロライナ州生まれ。ハーヴァード大学卒業後、オックスフォード大学で修士号、ハーヴァード大学で博士号取得。1972年から現職。クリントン政権期に国防総省スタッフとして、ウクライナ、ベラルーシ、カザフスタンの核兵器廃棄政策にも携わった。

「合理モデル」・「組織過程モデル」・「政府内（官僚）政治モデル」の3つのモデルでキューバ危機を分析した『決定の本質』は対外政策決定論の必読文献として有名であり、大きな反響を呼んだ。
