== 駅構造 ==
[[プラットホーム#形状と配置|相対式ホーム]]2面2線を持つ[[地上駅]]。2 - 3両連結の列車のみ発着する。駅舎（改札口）は1番ホーム側四日市寄りにあり、反対側の2番ホームへは構内踏切で連絡している。2013年10月4日に[[自動改札機]]（[[日本信号]]製GX-8）が設置された。

[[白子駅]]管理の[[無人駅]]。2013年12月より終日無人化された。

* 昼間の1時間3本の時間帯は、上り下り共にほぼ同じ時間に普通列車が到着する。なお夕方でも列車によってはこの光景が見られる。よって名古屋方面へ乗車する場合は構内踏切があるため利用の際は時間に余裕をもって駅に来る必要がある。
