'''マイケル・ドイル'''（[[英語]]：Michael W. Doyle、[[1948年]] - ）は、[[アメリカ合衆国]]の[[国際政治学者]]。[[コロンビア大学]]教授。

[[ハワイ]]で生まれ、[[スイス]]および[[フランス]]で幼少期を過ごす。1977年、[[ハーヴァード大学]]で博士号を取得。[[ウォーリック大学]]講師、[[プリンストン大学]]助教授、[[ジョンズ・ホプキンズ大学]]准教授を経て、現職。2001年から2003年まで[[国際連合事務総長]]の顧問を務めた。妻の[[エイミー・ガットマン]]も政治学者で、[[ペンシルベニア大学]]第八代学長である。

1983年発表の論文 "Kant, Liberal Legacies, and Foreign Affairs" は、「民主主義国同士は互いに戦争をしない」とする'''[[民主的平和論]]'''（democratic peace）の嚆矢となった。
