'''ヘドリー・ブル'''（Hedley Bull, [[1932年]][[6月10日]] - [[1985年]][[5月18日]]）は、[[オーストラリア]]出身の国際政治学者、元[[オックスフォード大学]]モンタギュー・バートン[[講座]][[国際関係論]]教授。

[[シドニー大学]]卒業後、[[オックスフォード大学]]で学ぶ。[[ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクス]]講師・准教授、[[オーストラリア国立大学]]教授を歴任。1977年に再び渡英し、オックスフォード大学で教鞭を執る。

[[国際関係論]]における[[英国学派]]の中心人物で、近年、再評価が進んでいる。また主著 ''The Anarchical Society'' で提示した「[[新しい中世]]」という見方は、冷戦後の世界秩序の特徴として言及されることが多い。
