'''カール・ヴォルフガンク・ドイチュ'''（Karl Wolfgang Deutsch, [[1912年]][[7月21日]] - [[1992年]][[11月1日]]）は、元[[ハーヴァード大学]]教授。[[プラハ]]で生まれた[[ドイツ]]人。[[カレル大学]]卒業後（[[1938年]]）、[[アメリカ合衆国]]に移住。[[マサチューセッツ工科大学]]、[[イェール大学]]で教える。

[[安全保障共同体]]（security community）という概念を提起。

1992年、80歳で死去。
