スタイン・ロッカン

スタイン・ロッカン（Stein Georg Rokkan、1921年 - 1979年）は、ノルウェー出身の政治学者、社会学者である。

人物

ノルウェーの北部ロフフォーテン群島で生まれた。オスロ大学で博士号取得した後、ベルゲン大学教授。

シーモア・リプセット（Seymour M Lipset）との共同論文で、政党システムの凍結仮説を提唱した事で有名である。また、国民国家の建設過程に「中央」と「周辺」の概念を持ち込んだ。
